Our team has significant experience in advising leading financial institutions on a full range of regulatory matters within the retail, asset and investment sectors, including mortgages, consumer finance, investment products, FCA permissions and authorisations, change of control applications and payment services.
We work closely with our banking, corporate, real estate and insolvency teams to provide a wrap-around service for our clients in the sector, whether they be an emerging start up or a long standing client.
